Telus Sales - On the phone for over 2 and half hours with no resolution

I’m writing this post out of deep frustration after having been on the phone with a representative for over 2 and half hours and only to be put on hold after every 5 mins and then told that the representative doesn't have a resolution and that someone will call me back. This has been my third call like this to Telus and I would absolutely not recommend this telecom service to ANYONE. The pinnacle of disappointment was being promised a callback, which, unsurprisingly, never happened. Avoid this company at all costs. No one has this much free time to be doing this.


What exactly is the problem? Maybe if you provide information here, Moderators could jump and and help?
