Escalating Issue

Just Moved In

How can we escalate an issue? They seem to block you at customer service/sales. We've had the most horrible service and no one seems to plan on helping us. Telus has screwed up our new order for cell phones/plans, very clearly their mistake, and the only answer is, they can't do anything about it and return our phones. This is the SECOND time they've done this in 3 months. It took 1.5 months for the first return to complete. How is this possible NO ONE can fix this?!
