the female employee at the TELUS store at Yorkdale Mall, North York, ON was very rude. I had been there as the wireless home phone ZTE device was dead on arrival - she would not let me into the store nor would she trouble shoot - had to return home without any assistance. hope somebody gets her to behave properly - if she can't she should not be in that position
@Masray I understand your frustration. We are customers only on here. Your best way contact maul office and get them to give you the telus managers name and address for store. Send a polite letter about the situation and you should get results. If nothing escalate this to telus.
About a year ago, there was an exceptionally rude female employee at the TELUS store in Mississauga Square One. So sadly, your experience isn't unheard of. I'm sorry you went through that, unfortunately I know what that's like.
