I have called telus over 40 times trying to resolve this problem and none of their agents have been able to fix it.
I have been billed over $300/month since august for an address that does not exist in my city and they will not remove it or give me a refund. I have 2 addresses on my account when I should only have 1. I am unable to get any agents to remove the unauthorized address that I am being forced to pay for.

Yeah still have this problem. Seems that the issue is unfixable and I am being forced to pay for an address that doesn't exist and im being charged over $300 every month and none of the telus reps will remove the address from my account. They promised to refund me and give me a credit and none of those ever happened. Tired of being lied to by every Telus rep that answers the phone making me wait over 3 hours on hold each time I have over 40 hours of on hold time regarding this problem
