Hey, I've had PureFibre Gigabit for almost a year now, but I never checked IPv6 before. When I looked today, it wasn't working at all – the IPv6 WAN Status just says 'Connecting,' even after rebooting. Can anyone help me with this?"

Hey @wangganghj - sometimes a factory reset on the router helps. Have you tried that?

Does factory reset affect my account setup on the router? I mean will the route work directly after factory reset? Thanks!

Yes, it will, but any changes you may have made will need to be reconfigured.
