I moved to a new place and book two appointments to get my wifi installed there. Two technicians came one by one a day. They both kept wasting time and gave me same excuse that they dont have proper equipment to get it installed and they will file a form to get it fixed. Later, it was founded that they both were buddies and gave same excuses. I have been waiting to get my wifi installed and continue working but neither the website is working well nor they are picking up calls when transferred to another technical specialist. Even agents told me that this is other departments work and they just transfer the call and im just waiting endlessly. This is just bullwonderful, my worst experience ever. They sent me bill for the wifi without even getting it installed. HOW SHAMEFUL. @telus @TelusD
