Telus rep called in response to request to move my Dad's account to a new address, three blocks away in the middle of Sidney, B.C. Agent said package was no longer available and only option was Smart Hub with a $648 upfront fee for the equipment. Asked for more information to be forwarded, nothing received. Online has the address posted like all other Smart Hub offers with equipment starting at $15 a mo, or $360 over 2 years. Not a one-time only buyout of $648 (around $730 with taxes.) Building is a seniors Assisted Living residence and Telus 'agents' are pushing top packages, bad information and not providing info as requested. Phone is taken care of so info was received, only lacking the requested information. Explanation please. Now would be a good time.....
