Just had to cancel my service due to terrible customer service. Manager not calling back. Tech not calling back. Waited at home and no one calls or shows even though the manager promised. I gather my time is not important to Telus. I be will cancelling our 4 cell phones as well. I mean it is even taking hours to cancel my service. Telus does not care but I will be contacting Tony Geheran, VP to let him know how they treat long term customers. And this after being without email for two weeks:( Is this normal for Telus? I will never go back....
