The main service Hub of TELUS is filled with water which is then flowing through the pipe into our house flooding our garage. This is the pipe that is bringing fiber cable to our house.
Have been contacting TELUS but they have not addressed the issue and keep pushing around as to who will fix it. One proposed that we can try to drain that water our self. What do we do and who do we contact?
The simplest answer is to raise the garage end of the conduit above the flood level. It may take a while for Telus to address this, but, since you have already started the process to no success, I suggest contacting Telus through their escalation email listed in the ‘Contact Us’ section at the page bottom.
