MoCA adapter stopped working

I have the Wi-Fi 6 router running in MoCA mode. There’s an area of low service in my house (basement bunker) where the Telus tech provided a MoCA adapter. Since we don’t watch TV much in that room, I’ve been using the adapter for my PC in the same area. Last night the coaxial cable going to the adapter was unplugged. When I put it back in, the adapter no longer seems to connect. The power light comes on and the ETH light blinks, but the MoCA light doesn’t come on. I’ve tested it in different rooms to no avail. The router is in our living room and connects via MoCA to the modem, so this is really confusing to me.

Maybe power cycle the Wi-fi 6 router?

Just a long time customer hoping to help.

Is this similar?

I am on optic cable. TV in basement works. Is on a moca adapter. BUT the Telus connect APP suggests that I connect it to to Boost Network and the connection says “Wireless (unknown)”.

I don’t know what to do.

I don’t want it on wifi

I don’t know how see if it is connected to wifi or ethernet.

Any ideas?
