Telus doesn't offer a service called "Pik 150". Please provide specific details of the problem you are experiencing and on which service you are having the problems.
If you have Pik TV, it doesn't ask for a password for every channel. There is only one main password that you'll have to access that service either online or on the Pik TV box or Apple TV itself.
