I am a Telus Mobility customer since the ‘90s.
Here’s the Cole’s Notes of our issue-
Landline didn’t work from April to September took forever to fix, along the way our internet was “upgraded” at no extra cost to us. We discovered that we were being double billed for our internet in November so we spent weeks trying to solve this and ended up having our internet cut off. Reinstated a week later in December and they said we were all good. I am now looking at my second bill of the year for a service that my wife already pays Telus for.
And it gets funnier. Our landline stopped working just after Christmas. Does anyone know how to get a real, English speaking person who wants to fix this?
my wife wants to burn it all down and go without internet or cellular, our landline isn’t working anyways.
