What is the CSCA number?

I've accidentally change the CSCA number on my device using a AT+CSCA ?

what is the default value?

The default CSCA number for Canada is +1-647-580-0172

If you happen to have any problems, you can also contact TELUS customer support for the right CSCA number specific to your service plan.
