I was on a call with the customer service team who were unable to help me with my business mobility accout and suggested I create a support request. Everytime I try to create a request it says unable due to techincal error on the form. I have a billing error that they couldn't help on the phone and now the support requests don't work. This is frustrating and suggestions with those who have had similar issues?
