Renwal was 6 hours ..horrendous.... via call to Loyalty agent at call centre / transfers / repeating as many as 5 x's the issue on my account after 6 hours for pickup, assured by agent all were in stock... only 2 were in stock... loyalty agent at call centre.. couldn't transfer order to REGIONAL store, in Welland, Ontario, Canada for pickup, option to transfer was not available to call centre agent lol.....

Niagara rep was unable to register new plan, lol eventually, after me calling call centre loyalty rep yet again, and suggesting to enter any plan, and loyalty would adjust, I would need to call the loyalty agent back, yet again, to adjust plan to loyalty plan, the 2 phones that were available were finally registered.... whew eh! FYI The Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada store rep was excellent! He had immense patience with me and more importantly the unknowledgable tech at Telus HQ!
