Updating Address after Move with Self Install Required

I'm very frustrated.  How does one update their address with the Telus Home Security if they don't live in Alberta or BC?  I keep getting told to do it online, but that option isn't available.  Kept putting me on hold to "check with the team on something" when all I wanted to do was update my address.  Took me 2 months to even get through to Telus to request a move.

 

Found out they won't move our system as we moved to a "self Install" service area.  Said fine we will move the system ourselves.  They said we only needed to take the cameras and they would add another 3 YEARS onto our 5 year contract.  Said nope, not doing it.

 

Now I can't get anyone to update my stuff, only half of my system is online at the new house because there are NO resources to self install and I'm stuck paying out this contract for another 3 years because even the cancellation department can't help me.

 

WHAT DO I DO?!
