install fees
Hey, has anyone been told that an install fee was going to be waived only for telus to then charge the $175 anyways? Was I lied to by a shady salesperson or does telus employ a 'bait and switch' strategy as a policy?

Are you seeing the fee on a recent bill or in your account summary? It's possible the credit hasn't cleared but will do so once the bill is ready.
