Have you and your in-laws considered sharing one account?
Yes, I offered that as the first option, it would have been simple. However they didn’t want to cancel their previous locations service with Telus and decided to “move” their service to avoid a cancellation fee. I did tell them it would be cheaper to pay the cancellation fee rather than continue with the monthly plan as they could use all our services. But they didn’t want that 😞
