6+ year 1GB Purefibre customer. Service terminating next week, Monday Nov 9th. Was promised a call from Winback team but no call for past week. Feeling very disappointed in Telus customer support. :(...
Sigh, got a DM from support 7+ hrs ago, replied right away and waited all day, no reply.
What is going on with Telus man, this is just terrible customer service. T_T
