Rewards

Is the rewards page down? I haven't been able to view the catalog...

How are you accessing it? I just loaded it from the My TELUS app. It's a bit slow but it does eventually load. It wasn't working for me a few days ago however.

Both the web and app take me to a generic page that has the territorial acknowledgement and no mention of rewards.

    Just noticed that if I close the acknowlodgement in the app I do see the rewards. No luck with the web portal.

      How do you close the acknowledgement? I don't recall seeing any buttons to do that.

        My mistake. I think I ended up looking at offers not rewards. Looks like it's unavailbe via the web and app for me😥
