Good day , I have a security system in my house and yesterday had to switch accounts from my wife name as she she has passed away to my name and had to create
a new profile and now i don't get notifications through the app showing movement

Hi there, I’m very sorry for your loss. When an account is transferred and a new profile is created, the notification settings in the app may reset. You may just need to re-enable your alerts. We can take a closer look at your system and make sure your motion notifications are set up correctly again. We’re here to help.
