2 years agoThis sounds like it might be an error or timing issue with the discount code that fell off. With a month to go (and likely changes to your plan since you've signed up), this could be a gap in your service agreement and the month to month (or updated pricing) for your plan. We don't generally raise rates in the middle of your home services agreement. If it's an error, it can be corrected after the fact.
