Anyone else have issues with price match taking longer that the 15 business days?

Official Support TeamBy chance when you purchased your device/plan, was it a brand new activation? If so, it can take an additional 5 business days.
It was band new and it has been 25 or more days. I submitted two price match and only one was completed
