No phone service
My wife of 76 and myself 78 cannot contact a human to speak to. We have lost phone line. on Monday. We tried contacting Telus over 20 times. Could not speak to person. My wife had a Medical issue. Cold not phone Doctor. We have no care My wife is a Rsidentail School Surviver. No Reconcilationby TELUS. No phone for over 70 hours, disabled seniors. no internet, not outside communication. Physically I'll. Help us

I am a First Nation Senior in need of a phone for health reasons. My phone has not worked for 4 days, because of fault wiring. Telus just inform me, since I live in an area, not serviced offen, a First Nation Reserve, 30 kjms. from Merritt, bc. that Telus made repair appointment for July 31, 2025. That is 13 more days, without communicat with the outside world. My husband, 78, and myself75, Residential School Survivor may die in 13 days, to repair our phone. We are crying
