My TELUS.

What's with all the problems with mytelus? I've been trying to login into the web and view my account overview. However, I keep getting an error message, and it's very annoying and frustrating. It's hard to believe that I'm paying for the premium plan but can't access my account properly. This is unacceptable, do better.  What a joke. 😠

    Called Telus Support. They could not help as it is a known issue and the server team are working on it. Said to test again in 5-7 days.

  • Yup; MyTelus app also throwing "Error Unhandled status code: 403."

    What's up Telus? you want to be paid but you're not letting me see my bill.

  • The telus Apps both MyTelus and the Connect app are entirely garbage,  and the online Router/Modem interfaces are even worse. With nearly zero actual control  and the connect app continually not in woirking order  the control of who is on your network is slim to none,  and good luck getting back on if you have been locked out and the app is down for days on end.  Also do not make a timed event , such as wifi off at 10 pm if you ever want to change it suddenly, because again you will be denied access when the app is down which happens at least once a week guaranteed.

    It's funny how these greedy corporations charge so much for their over priced services, but can't provide a decent online account experience. 🤔

    Great, Telus web page now returning this error:

    Having exactly the same problem with My Telus page. Tried three different browsers. Can log in fine but "View Bill" results in "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again later. My TELUS  on iOS works just fine. But, I would like to be able to navigate my account on a desktop screen, not an iPhone screen.

    My app seems to be working fine, it's just the website. The web version was working fine, and all of a sudden this happened. Please fix this, as I'm paying. It looks like it's a known issue, and TELUS should look into it. 

  • I am having exactly the same problem. Called Telus support. They basically gave up. 

  • Hi Matt39​! We hear your frustration with the My TELUS login issues - that's definitely not the experience we want for you. Are you getting the same error when trying to log in through the TELUS app?

      TELUS app on iOS works fine. Just the web page is the problem. Tried three different browsers. I need to be able to view and print my bill.
