How to place order for Mobile phone plan and home internet at the same time

Hello,

I'm a new comer to Vancouver, and have decided to go with Telus for both home internet and 2 mobile phone plans. 

In my case, I should be eligible for both "Exclusively for Home Services customers — get this plan for $60/month" and "TELUS Family Discount eligible" for 2 mobile phone plans.

My question is , do I need to place an order for telus internet first, wait till the internet is installed, and then place the order for mobile phone plan? or can I place the two order at the same time and get the offer mentioned above at the same time. If so, how?
