Help please! I still need a Purolator label!
I have already cancelled my services and spoke to two different people that said they would have Purolator send me a label to print to send back the modem etc. with the last person being from the loy...

Waiting again for a reply to the last PM, which said I would be receiving a label within the next few hours. That was 3 days ago and I still haven’t received it from Purolator. Any idea how to get this in an alternative way? Can I just go to Purolator and drop it off? Or one of your retail stores? This is getting ridiculous.

I requested a return label 2 weeks ago. Took 3 calls to Telus before I received it from Purolator 2 days after the last call. This is what happens when you offload customer service all over the world. Did you check if it went to your spam folder?

Thank for the reply! Yes, I've checked my spam folder and still no luck. This has to be the most inefficient/ineffective system for customer service. I'm shocked anyone is still a customer to be honest.
