Unable to register - tried all possibilities - small letters and capital letters, space between L9T 7W2...nothing works. No number to call - what a waste of time.

Could it be an "autofill ghost" space at the end of your postal code? After you input the value, can you press backspace to see if there's an unintentional space after your inputted postal code?
