Error message linking WestJet Rewards to TELUS Rewards
I'm getting the error message "We regret to inform you that your WestJet Rewards account linking was unsuccessful. Please try again." when attempting to link my WestJet Rewards account to my TELUS Re...
Update. After 50mins with Westjet I was told to make sure names match both accounts, they did. Westjet said everything looked good on their end, still didn't link. Next day, I tried and accounts linked so solution call WestJet first. Not sure what magic they did.
