Dropped telus calls/No account???
Hello, I'm trying to sign in and its telling me an account doesnt exist and im trying to call support and then line constantly gets dropped, then the bot on the website keeps looping me asking if i want to select mobility or tv.

Hi Herbalgenie - The virtual assistant will want to direct your call to the most appropriate department. Both TV and Mobility will be able to help so just pick one and it will send you to a team member for assistance.
