Official Support TeamHi pancake - For leftover remaining credits, they are usually sent to you in the mail in around 3 weeks or so!
Thank you. I chat with support and realized I had a tablet plan with them that I never use. So I cancelled that and they say they will deposit the credit on my auto pay card.
