Frustrated6 Website feedback can be provided through the support page. Here's how:
1) On the main telus.com landing page, click on Support in the upper right corner2) On the Support page, click on the persistent Feedback button floating on the right and it'll take you through a brief survey on your experience followed by a comment box. The feedback goes directly to our website developers.
