Bills bug

I was checking my bill that is for August and found my bill suddenly doubled, even though the bill file says -- Balance forward from your last bill is 0. 

How could this happen? I tried to contact with Customer service but no one is responding. Is there anyone who can help to resolve this bug?

  • Wex365​ Are you on pre authorized payment plan?

    I am watching my bill now as the stated balance due by pre authorized is higher. So we get a $5 discount for preauth and then they collect what they want.
