Does credits or refunds count toward your payment on your bill?

It may depend on what you got the credit for. Credit adjustments for billing errors always show up on the next bill for me. Note there is a cutoff date for the billing cycle so if your credit was after that then you will see it on the next billing cycle.

It was posted as a payment so I’m wondering if it counts or do I still need to pay the remainder of my bill from the last month

    You can always log on to My Telus and see what your balance is.
