Billing Issue
In the past 4-5 months every since my initial contract with Telus expired and I have re-negotiated my new agreement. I had to reach out to telus every single month because they keep sending me a diff...

Telus support here cannot read every post, most of which others can answer. So you have to call them like this

Been calling them every month. Took them almost 4 hours yesterday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm to get my issue resolved on the phone. Crazy how long it took. I hope I don't have to recall next month to get it fixed again, which I think I might have to even after they ensured everything is entered fine.

Uncanny that I am dealing with the EXACT same issue with Telus. The additional charges for the 'free' phones we received, higher bills and crazy charges. When I spoke with a representative the conversation got around to the fact that my resolution would be to cancel. Incredible lack of service for 6 phone lines we have with Telus. The support request portal does not work for me either.
