I am caught in a glitch of your system. I get billed while I have cancelled the installation before it happened, and I returned the equipment. I called at least 2 times, and was told this problem was...

The message you sent me does not seem to work. Some kind of verification worked or did not work, I am not sure but, I am still in line for something, and I still received another email today that just want to remind me to pay a bill.
And this despite the fact that, yesterday, Feb. 04, I contacted a real person who, once more, told me it was fixed. This is plain RIDICULOUS. It seems the typical case where AI and computers overrun a whole organization to such a point that nobody knows what is going on.
The yesterday Ref# for the cancellation of my account is 1257948409, in case you can fix it. The first cancellation was on August 29 2025 ! But I keep receiving those emails. This is harassment, and I am thinking of suing your company.
