Account Cancelled but, still getting e-bills

Took over 5 months to get Telus to STOP billing me for a Cancelled account!!!  And just when I thought I would NEVER have to talk to another Telus support person, ever again..... I receive yet anot...

    Hi jsproat , 

     

    Once you make the request to have the amount sent back to you, it will take about 6 to 8 weeks for the account to be completely written off.  You should not receive any more bills after that time.

You have a $41.20 credit sitting on your account. You should request a refund cheque be sent you.
