What Exactly is This New Item on My Latest Service Agreement

So on my last Service Agreement I see something called " Showcase Mini Offer " included as part of my TV services. Now the cost of my TV services has not changed at all but I would like to know just what this " Showcase Mini Offer " is. I called Telus about something else on Friday and asked about this but the CSR I talked to had no idea. Anybody here know ???
