Telus TV needs major update
I've just recently moved from Shaw/Rogers over to Telus. Shaw gave a poor service experience for me which they were not able to resolve after years of reporting. Although the telus TV service is good so far, the remote features are like going back 15 years. Even the original Telus optik stb had better features. Delete needs a single button, there is no group Delete, no frame advance. I'm sure more issues to come. Shaw had all this. Telus needs improvement.

Thanks for the feedback! Bulk delete is actually available, and as for frame advance, we do have Fast Forward, skipping ahead, and zoetropes as well. If you press and hold the dpad forward you should see that. We have of course forwarded this to our Optik team as they always want feedback for the improvements that they're always working on!
