Running new infrastructure on poles is a bad idea. Even if the city allowed it I wouldn't want it.

So are you suggesting that this was purely blowing smoke to try and redirect blame?

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. It makes sense to me that the city would not allow new overhead lines to be run. It's a bad idea.
