My home internet bill has been charged extra - email service
I never signed up for this. And I have hard of hearing so I cannot call you. Your online chat is not working

Online chat works only on a computer not mobile devices at this time.
Nobody here can help you with your bill. We are Telus customers like you.
We might be able to help with your issue using Chat however. What do you mean by "is not working"?
