Official Support TeamGenerally speaking, discount codes are meant to be temporary lasting a defined timeline (2 years is the longest a discount code is good for). There are also instances where discount codes (especially older ones we don't offer any more) are deactivated as they're not compatible with modern plans. If your legacy account is many years old, it could just be that there are no discount codes compatible with it so the price of your current plan now and moving forward.
