Wow, I also started experiencing similar issue between 7:00-midnight. It must be a coincidence because the issue started happening right after I switched the WiFi booster from COAX to Ethernet. My WAN IP starts with 100.80 as well. I wonder if this got switched after I swapped cables. Is there any fix for this? I had zero outage and zero issue prior to moving from COAX to Ethernet. What exactly do we need to tell Telus support to fix the issue?

I was able to get this resolved by telling them exactly to disable CGNAT. The front support agent didn't understand the issue as they are not aware or not trained so they get you to do basic troubleshooting. I tried to refuse what they told me, but they ended up talking to their network support agent who was able to disable NAT. Everything works fine now.
