Home phone keeps dropping calls
Recently our home phone has been dropping calls. We are in the middle of a call and the phone drops the call. This has happened at least 6 times now.Telus says it because there was an outage in our ...
I really want Telus to come to the home because the phones are relatively new Panasonics. We have plugged a corded phone in to see what happens. In addition they are now saying that there was an outage in the neighborhood a few days ago. Before i go to the expense of a new phone, I would like a tech visit
