crave and HBO

HI So i just had crave and hbo for a few days. I cancelled cause it does not remember me and starts me at the first episode everytime... i called telus and they said they could do nothing about it. So i canceled with telus and phoned crave.They said that happens when you use 404 as your crave channel , they assured me that would not happen if i go thru the app site... I did not sign up yet so have not tried it but thought i would share this...
