Collection Company Emailed me? !!!

August 2023 moved in to new house after 4 years being with Telus. New location no telus service I had to cancel my service. I finish everything with Telus. No charge or any fee. No balance. Now after 10 months collection company emailed me.!!!!! How come ?! If telus wants or Need money from me didn’t email me? This is really bad. Now what? No body giving me proper answer from telus! What a nice customer service? What a professional accounting department you have Telus?
