Channels with home icon and slash through it
I've tried everything and nothing seems to be resolving this issue. Channels with home icon and a slash through it will not work. Any suggestions.
This is happening at home when trying to watch tv. I've tried rebooting the digital boxes and the router to see if that would fix the issue.

That's certainly unusual. Have you moved your service location recently? (i.e. moved residences)
