Official Support TeamStrange, is the Apple TV app up to date? And when you go to appleid.apple.com and open your Apple Account settings is there any pending Terms & Conditions to accept or payment verification that needs to be completed?
- I shouldn't be paying separately as this is supposed to be the premium choice in my account bundle. I can view apple tv on my computer but not my TV. The app is on my TV and up to date.When I call the customer service I get tossed to tech and they haven't helped.So frustrating.
