Can I Contact Telus About An Issue Via E-Mail?
I live in a dead zone, WiFi calling can't be set up due to errors on the Telus site. I need to contact them to get my number back. Live chat only offers them to call.
Who do I E-mail?

So, basically, I need to search for a better company. Is it too late to refund for cancel the service?
