Billed for wrong service in limbo

End of August telus installs fibre in my townhouse complex Next day a sales guy offers me internet home security tv netflix homephone bundle We agree The following day I talk to my neighbor and he got a smoking deal with just internet. We decide we'd like to use the same deal. I call the sales rep. He told us, no problem but let the tech show up anyways and install everything, because if we dont the internet deal cannot be honored. 

2 billing cycles we are assured everything will be fine and it will be the proper charges twice the bill comes in too high and we fight a total of 18 hours on the phone over those months.

This morning i got passed around by 4 departments without resolve.

I want my original deal from August that i agreed to.1000 mbs for 60 monthly with the first month free.
